# DialAFlight vs National Express Coach

The clearest difference is rating: National Express Coach at 4.2 against DialAFlight's 1.0. National Express Coach also leads on ratings volume (237 vs 1). DialAFlight's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (47% vs 29%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

National Express Coach holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: National Express Coach has 237 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of DialAFlight's written reviews are positive against 29% of National Express Coach's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

DialAFlight ships an update every 3 months, National Express Coach every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
