# Icon Skins & Frames vs All Widget

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: All Widget at none against Icon Skins & Frames's 2. All Widget also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 4 months). Icon Skins & Frames's advantage is review sentiment (81% vs 47%) and ratings volume (1.7K vs 279). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Icon Skins & Frames sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 3 months. All Widget asks for nothing beyond the download.

All Widget holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Icon Skins & Frames has 1.7K ratings behind it against 279, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 81% of Icon Skins & Frames's written reviews are positive against 47% of All Widget's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Icon Skins & Frames ships an update every 4 months, All Widget every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
