# Flick Golf! vs Pixel Pro Golf

The clearest difference is price: Pixel Pro Golf at Free against Flick Golf!'s $0.99. Pixel Pro Golf also leads on rating (4.7 vs 3.9) and update cadence (weekly vs every 7 months). Flick Golf!'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (82% vs 50%). On in-app purchases, monetization model, chart position and device support there is nothing between them.

Pixel Pro Golf is free to download; Flick Golf! costs $0.99 up front. Flick Golf! sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Pixel Pro Golf sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pixel Pro Golf holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pixel Pro Golf has 32K ratings behind it against 256, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of Flick Golf!'s written reviews are positive against 50% of Pixel Pro Golf's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Flick Golf! ships an update every 7 months, Pixel Pro Golf weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
