# Wig it! vs LOL Booth

The clearest difference is rating: LOL Booth at 4.3 against Wig it!'s 3.7. LOL Booth also leads on ratings volume (2.8K vs 10) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). Wig it!'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (72% vs 50%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wig it! sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and LOL Booth sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LOL Booth holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LOL Booth has 2.8K ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of Wig it!'s written reviews are positive against 50% of LOL Booth's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Wig it! ships an update every 2 months, LOL Booth fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
