# Fraction Drills Free vs Math.

The clearest difference is rating: Math. at 4.7 against Fraction Drills Free's 3.6. Math. also leads on update cadence (every 3 months vs every 38 months) and ratings volume (1.7K vs 20). Fraction Drills Free's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and review sentiment (83% vs 74%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Math. sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Fraction Drills Free asks for nothing beyond the download.

Math. holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Math. has 1.7K ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of Fraction Drills Free's written reviews are positive against 74% of Math.'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fraction Drills Free ships an update every 38 months, Math. every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
