# Salesforce vs SpatialChat Meetings

The clearest difference is monetization model: SpatialChat Meetings at free against Salesforce's freemium. SpatialChat Meetings also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs fortnightly) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Salesforce's advantage is ratings volume (353K vs 1) and chart position (#131 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SpatialChat Meetings holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Salesforce has 353K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Salesforce ships an update fortnightly, SpatialChat Meetings every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and September 20, 2026 respectively.
