# Primal Feed vs Carnivore Diet Tracker

Primal Feed and Carnivore Diet Tracker both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 57% of Primal Feed's written reviews are positive against 11% of Carnivore Diet Tracker's. Carnivore Diet Tracker's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (1K vs 18). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Primal Feed sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Carnivore Diet Tracker sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Primal Feed holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Carnivore Diet Tracker has 1K ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 57% of Primal Feed's written reviews are positive against 11% of Carnivore Diet Tracker's.

Primal Feed ships an update every 4 months, Carnivore Diet Tracker weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
