# Win vs Progress

The clearest difference is price: Win at Free against Progress's $3.99. Win also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.0) and device support (3 vs 1). Progress's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 18 months) and ratings volume (30 vs 1). On review sentiment, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Win is free to download; Progress costs $3.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Win holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Progress has 30 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 86% of Win's written reviews are positive against 83% of Progress's.

Win ships an update every 18 months, Progress every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on September 25, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
