# Predictable vs Articulation Vacation

The clearest difference is price: Articulation Vacation at $29.99 against Predictable's $79.99. Articulation Vacation also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 68%) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 15.5). Predictable's advantage is ratings volume (203 vs 4) and rating (4.5 vs 4.3). On update cadence, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Predictable costs $79.99 and Articulation Vacation $29.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Predictable holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Predictable has 203 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 68% of Predictable's written reviews are positive against 100% of Articulation Vacation's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Predictable ships an update every 2 months, Articulation Vacation monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
