# Bonhams vs Pamono

Bonhams and Pamono both sit at 3.1 stars, but that hides the real split: 80% of Pamono's written reviews are positive against 19% of Bonhams's. Pamono also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). Bonhams's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pamono holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bonhams has 149 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 19% of Bonhams's written reviews are positive against 80% of Pamono's.

Bonhams ships an update monthly, Pamono every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
