# Cartoon Network App vs E!

The clearest difference is rating: E! at 4.5 against Cartoon Network App's 3.9. E! also leads on update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 3 months). Cartoon Network App's advantage is review sentiment (55% vs 33%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

E! holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 23K and 9.8K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of Cartoon Network App's written reviews are positive against 33% of E!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Cartoon Network App ships an update every 3 months, E! every 5 weeks. Both last shipped on October 13, 2026.
