# inNews vs e

The clearest difference is review sentiment: e at 71% against inNews's 6%. e also leads on rating (5.0 vs 2.8) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 7 months). inNews's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

e holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: inNews has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 6% of inNews's written reviews are positive against 71% of e's.

inNews ships an update every 7 months, e every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
