# inNews vs Real.gr

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Real.gr at 57% against inNews's 6%. Real.gr also leads on rating (5.0 vs 2.8) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 7 months). inNews's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 2) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Real.gr holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: inNews has 10 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 6% of inNews's written reviews are positive against 57% of Real.gr's.

inNews ships an update every 7 months, Real.gr every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
