# My vs Galcon BT

The clearest difference is rating: Galcon BT at 3.2 against My's 2.7. Galcon BT also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). My's advantage is review sentiment (28% vs 10%). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Galcon BT holds the better App Store score, 3.2 against 2.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 5 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 28% of My's written reviews are positive against 10% of Galcon BT's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

My ships an update every 3 months, Galcon BT every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
