# Anime Maker vs Comic Cartoon Story Maker

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Anime Maker at 55% against Comic Cartoon Story Maker's 16%. Anime Maker also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (1.1K vs 341). Comic Cartoon Story Maker's advantage is rating (3.7 vs 3.4) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Anime Maker sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Comic Cartoon Story Maker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Comic Cartoon Story Maker holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 3.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1.1K and 341 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of Anime Maker's written reviews are positive against 16% of Comic Cartoon Story Maker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
