# Barnyard Blaster Lite vs Rocky Castle

The clearest difference is rating: Barnyard Blaster Lite at 4.8 against Rocky Castle's 4.1. Barnyard Blaster Lite also leads on ads (none vs shown). Rocky Castle's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (85 vs 5). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Barnyard Blaster Lite sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Rocky Castle sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Barnyard Blaster Lite holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rocky Castle has 85 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of Barnyard Blaster Lite's written reviews are positive against 73% of Rocky Castle's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Barnyard Blaster Lite ships an update every 7 months, Rocky Castle every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
