# SWISSVIEW vs SwitzerlandMobility

The clearest difference is rating: SwitzerlandMobility at 4.4 against SWISSVIEW's 1.0. SwitzerlandMobility also leads on update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (12 vs 1). SWISSVIEW's advantage is review sentiment (63% vs 47%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SWISSVIEW sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.49 per month and SwitzerlandMobility sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SwitzerlandMobility holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SwitzerlandMobility has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of SWISSVIEW's written reviews are positive against 47% of SwitzerlandMobility's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SWISSVIEW ships an update every 4 months, SwitzerlandMobility every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
