# Groups vs Wren

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Wren at 14.0 against Groups's 17.6. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Groups sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Wren sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
