# AutoConnect GPS vs Weblink Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: AutoConnect GPS at 4.6 against Weblink Mobile's 4.1. AutoConnect GPS also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (303 vs 16). Weblink Mobile's advantage is review sentiment (69% vs 43%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AutoConnect GPS holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AutoConnect GPS has 303 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of AutoConnect GPS's written reviews are positive against 69% of Weblink Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

AutoConnect GPS ships an update fortnightly, Weblink Mobile every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
