# Pst Mail vs Read AI

The clearest difference is price: Read AI at Free against Pst Mail's $9.99. Read AI also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.3) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months). Pst Mail's advantage is chart position (#184 vs unranked) and device support (3 vs 1). On review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Read AI is free to download; Pst Mail costs $9.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Read AI holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Read AI has 947 ratings behind it against 40, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of Pst Mail's written reviews are positive against 68% of Read AI's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Pst Mail ships an update every 5 months, Read AI every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 13, 2026.
