# MyUTA vs Grad Pass

The clearest difference is update cadence: Grad Pass at every 3 days against MyUTA's every 5 months. MyUTA's advantage is ratings volume (17 vs 3). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 2.4 for MyUTA against 2.3 for Grad Pass. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MyUTA has 17 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

MyUTA ships an update every 5 months, Grad Pass every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
