# SyncSpace vs myNotes

The clearest difference is rating: SyncSpace at 3.6 against myNotes's 2.3. SyncSpace also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). myNotes's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and review sentiment (76% vs 54%). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SyncSpace sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and myNotes sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SyncSpace holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 2.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 7 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 54% of SyncSpace's written reviews are positive against 76% of myNotes's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SyncSpace ships an update monthly, myNotes every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
