# Chandi Path vs The Incarnate Word

The clearest difference is price: The Incarnate Word at Free against Chandi Path's $12.99. The Incarnate Word also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 89%). Chandi Path's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 3.3) and ratings volume (29 vs 4). On update cadence, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

The Incarnate Word is free to download; Chandi Path costs $12.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Chandi Path holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Chandi Path has 29 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 89% of Chandi Path's written reviews are positive against 100% of The Incarnate Word's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
