# n vs EP

The clearest difference is ads: EP at none against n's shown. n's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. n sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and EP sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

n ships an update every 2 weeks, EP fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
