# MailShot vs Easy Fun Dial

The clearest difference is rating: MailShot at 4.6 against Easy Fun Dial's 4.3. MailShot also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (113 vs 4). Easy Fun Dial's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 83%) and iOS requirement (16 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MailShot sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Easy Fun Dial sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MailShot holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MailShot has 113 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of MailShot's written reviews are positive against 100% of Easy Fun Dial's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MailShot ships an update monthly, Easy Fun Dial every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
