# Logbook Pro Flight Logbook vs E

The clearest difference is rating: Logbook Pro Flight Logbook at 4.6 against E's 3.3. Logbook Pro Flight Logbook also leads on ratings volume (1.7K vs 4) and update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months). E's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 8) and review sentiment (67% vs 55%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Logbook Pro Flight Logbook sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. E asks for nothing beyond the download.

Logbook Pro Flight Logbook holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Logbook Pro Flight Logbook has 1.7K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of Logbook Pro Flight Logbook's written reviews are positive against 67% of E's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Logbook Pro Flight Logbook ships an update monthly, E every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
