# Schoology vs CLCS

The clearest difference is rating: CLCS at 3.0 against Schoology's 1.3. CLCS also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Schoology's advantage is ratings volume (133K vs 2) and chart position (#69 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CLCS holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 1.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Schoology has 133K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
