# Bible365 vs Bible Recap +

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Bible365 at 58% against Bible Recap +'s 8%. Bible365 also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10). Bible Recap +'s advantage is rating (4.6 vs 3.2) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 16 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bible Recap + sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Bible365 asks for nothing beyond the download.

Bible Recap + holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bible Recap + has 468 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of Bible365's written reviews are positive against 8% of Bible Recap +'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bible365 ships an update every 16 months, Bible Recap + every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
