# TuioPad vs NDI HX Camera

The clearest difference is review sentiment: TuioPad at 75% against NDI HX Camera's 11%. TuioPad also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 14.0). NDI HX Camera's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 3.0) and update cadence (every 5 months vs every 75 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NDI HX Camera sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. TuioPad asks for nothing beyond the download.

NDI HX Camera holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NDI HX Camera has 529 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of TuioPad's written reviews are positive against 11% of NDI HX Camera's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TuioPad ships an update every 75 months, NDI HX Camera every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
