# Brainshark vs MyConvatec

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MyConvatec at 100% against Brainshark's 57%. Brainshark's advantage is rating (4.2 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (89 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Brainshark holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Brainshark has 89 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of Brainshark's written reviews are positive against 100% of MyConvatec's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Brainshark ships an update every 2 months, MyConvatec every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
