# Vegman vs PETA

The clearest difference is rating: PETA at 4.8 against Vegman's 3.3. PETA also leads on review sentiment (95% vs 56%) and ratings volume (1.6K vs 12). Vegman's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PETA holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PETA has 1.6K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 56% of Vegman's written reviews are positive against 95% of PETA's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
