# Vegman vs Global Citizen

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Vegman at 56% against Global Citizen's 28%. Vegman also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Global Citizen's advantage is rating (3.7 vs 3.3) and ratings volume (153 vs 12). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Global Citizen holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Global Citizen has 153 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of Vegman's written reviews are positive against 28% of Global Citizen's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Vegman ships an update every 2 months, Global Citizen monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
