# Pool vs WaterLink Solutions PRO

The clearest difference is price: WaterLink Solutions PRO at Free against Pool's $4.99. WaterLink Solutions PRO also leads on review sentiment (31% vs 22%) and iOS requirement (11.2 vs 15.1). Pool's advantage is rating (4.1 vs 2.9) and ratings volume (630 vs 16). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

WaterLink Solutions PRO is free to download; Pool costs $4.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pool holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pool has 630 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of Pool's written reviews are positive against 31% of WaterLink Solutions PRO's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Pool ships an update every 5 weeks, WaterLink Solutions PRO every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
