The clearest difference is price: Shoof TV at Free against TestYourLogic's $1.99. Shoof TV also leads on rating (4.6 vs 1.5) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 54 months). On ads, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
