# Full Deck Solitaire vs Politaire

The clearest difference is price: Full Deck Solitaire at Free against Politaire's $1.99. Full Deck Solitaire also leads on ratings volume (23K vs 184) and rating (4.7 vs 4.4). Politaire's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (81% vs 68%). On in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Full Deck Solitaire is free to download; Politaire costs $1.99 up front. Full Deck Solitaire sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and Politaire sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Full Deck Solitaire holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Full Deck Solitaire has 23K ratings behind it against 184, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 68% of Full Deck Solitaire's written reviews are positive against 81% of Politaire's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Full Deck Solitaire ships an update every 9 days, Politaire every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
