# Full Deck Solitaire vs Hardwood Solitaire IV Pro

The clearest difference is price: Full Deck Solitaire at Free against Hardwood Solitaire IV Pro's $0.99. Full Deck Solitaire also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (23K vs 55). Hardwood Solitaire IV Pro's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On review sentiment, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Full Deck Solitaire is free to download; Hardwood Solitaire IV Pro costs $0.99 up front. Full Deck Solitaire sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and Hardwood Solitaire IV Pro sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Full Deck Solitaire holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Full Deck Solitaire has 23K ratings behind it against 55, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 68% of Full Deck Solitaire's written reviews are positive against 72% of Hardwood Solitaire IV Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Full Deck Solitaire ships an update every 10 days, Hardwood Solitaire IV Pro every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
