# 日劇新番組 vs Jme TV

The clearest difference is review sentiment: 日劇新番組 at 56% against Jme TV's 7%. 日劇新番組 also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Jme TV's advantage is rating (2.5 vs 1.0) and ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Jme TV sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month. 日劇新番組 asks for nothing beyond the download.

Jme TV holds the better App Store score, 2.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Jme TV has 48 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of 日劇新番組's written reviews are positive against 7% of Jme TV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

日劇新番組 ships an update every 3 months, Jme TV every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
