# 房天下 vs 我爱我家

The clearest difference is rating: 房天下 at 4.4 against 我爱我家's 2.2. 房天下 also leads on ratings volume (679 vs 21). 我爱我家's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

房天下 holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 房天下 has 679 ratings behind it against 21, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of 房天下's written reviews are positive against 81% of 我爱我家's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
