# 房天下 vs PacificFM

The clearest difference is ratings volume: 房天下 at 678 against PacificFM's 7. PacificFM's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.4) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
