# 房天下 vs 融e购

The clearest difference is rating: 房天下 at 4.4 against 融e购's 2.0. 房天下 also leads on ratings volume (678 vs 13) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). 融e购's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

房天下 holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 房天下 has 678 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of 房天下's written reviews are positive against 67% of 融e购's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

房天下 ships an update fortnightly, 融e购 every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
