# 房天下 vs 房东利器

The clearest difference is ads: 房东利器 at none against 房天下's shown. 房东利器 also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (80% vs 65%). 房天下's advantage is ratings volume (678 vs 2) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.4 for 房天下 against 4.5 for 房东利器. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 房天下 has 678 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
