# Transit Stop vs X

The clearest difference is review sentiment: X at 100% against Transit Stop's 48%. X also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). Transit Stop's advantage is ratings volume (33K vs 4) and chart position (#167 vs unranked). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Transit Stop sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. X asks for nothing beyond the download.

X holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Transit Stop has 33K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 48% of Transit Stop's written reviews are positive against 100% of X's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
