# Anytune vs Kotoren

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Anytune at 8.6K against Kotoren's 4. Kotoren's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and review sentiment (95% vs 82%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Anytune sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Kotoren sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Kotoren holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. Written reviews point the same way: 82% of Anytune's written reviews are positive against 95% of Kotoren's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
