# 安居客 vs LockNote

The clearest difference is monetization model: LockNote at free against 安居客's free with in-app purchases. LockNote also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.5) and review sentiment (67% vs 47%). 安居客's advantage is ratings volume (1.7K vs 13) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 安居客 sells 19 one-off in-app purchases and LockNote sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LockNote holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 安居客 has 1.7K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 47% of 安居客's written reviews are positive against 67% of LockNote's.

安居客 ships an update every 3 weeks, LockNote monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
