# 安居客 vs Firsts

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Firsts at 100% against 安居客's 47%. Firsts also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5). 安居客's advantage is ratings volume (1.7K vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 安居客 sells 19 one-off in-app purchases and Firsts sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.69 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Firsts holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 安居客 has 1.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 47% of 安居客's written reviews are positive against 100% of Firsts's.

安居客 ships an update every 3 weeks, Firsts fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
