# Pronto vs One Timer

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Pronto at none against One Timer's 4. Pronto also leads on ratings volume (295 vs 1) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 17.6). One Timer's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 6 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. One Timer sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Pronto asks for nothing beyond the download.

One Timer holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pronto has 295 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 92% of Pronto's written reviews are positive against 100% of One Timer's.

Pronto ships an update every 6 months, One Timer every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
