# Main vs netzpraxis

The clearest difference is update cadence: Main at every 5 months against netzpraxis's every 25 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Main sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month and netzpraxis sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Main ships an update every 5 months, netzpraxis every 25 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
