Exacq Mobile 3's advantage is ratings volume (293 vs 19) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

InVid Vision holds the better App Store score, 2.7 against 1.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Exacq Mobile 3 has 293 ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 7% of Exacq Mobile 3's written reviews are positive against 0% of InVid Vision's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
