# Reading Trainer vs Dual N

The clearest difference is ads: Reading Trainer at none against Dual N's shown. Reading Trainer also leads on ratings volume (219 vs 3) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.6). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Reading Trainer sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and Dual N sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Dual N holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Reading Trainer has 219 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
