# Reading Trainer vs NeuroNation

The clearest difference is ads: Reading Trainer at none against NeuroNation's shown. NeuroNation's advantage is ratings volume (4.5K vs 214) and rating (4.7 vs 4.5). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Reading Trainer sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and NeuroNation sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 3 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
